The highlight was definitely the double split twist.
The program was flawless, except for a
slightly sloppy triple toe loop by Anton; he scraped the ice
slightly on the landing.

The long program was
perfect. I think Elena was a bit off angle
in the air on the throws, but managed to land well.
B&S seemed to have a little bit of trouble in the
long program ('97 Worlds and Nagano) in the
past, but were at their best this time.
Every judge ranked their long program first, except for the German
judge who went for Mandy Woetzel and Ingo Steuer.
Their long program was eventually voted "Best Performance of the Year"
by Blades on Ice magazine.
